Kawach Tech is looking for a driven Sales Partnership / Business Development professional to help us expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and generate new business opportunities across global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, understand technology services, and be comfortable identifying prospects, initiating conversations, managing the sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, business development, and creating measurable revenue growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and decision-makers
• Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
• Understand client requirements and work with the KawachTech team to propose suitable technology solutions
• Conduct introductory calls, presentations, and sales discussions with prospective clients
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach through negotiation, closing, and handover
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, consultants, technology companies, and other potential referral partners
• Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and partnership opportunities in collaboration with the internal team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to identify new areas for growth
• Meet agreed business development and revenue-generation targets
• Represent KawachTech professionally in client meetings, networking events, and industry communities

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or client acquisition
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients or business opportunities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to understand client business needs and communicate technology solutions effectively
• Experience with B2B sales and/or technology services is preferred
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills
• Ability to work with international clients and across different time zones
• Professional proficiency in English

• Existing network of clients, agencies, consultants, or technology decision-makers
• Experience selling software development, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, or digital solutions
• Experience building channel, referral, or strategic partnerships
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools
• Existing relationships in the US, UK, European, Middle Eastern, or Australian markets
• Strong presence on LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term business growth
