The problem

Photos were stored in staff phones, treatment plans lived on paper, and memberships were tracked in spreadsheets. Photos are PHI, and losing a phone meant a reportable incident.

How we approached it

We moved every photo into secure cloud storage with in-app capture, side by side comparison and high resolution zoom. Practitioners plan treatments on anatomical diagrams by marking injection sites, laser settings and topical prescriptions. Memberships, loyalty points and package redemption run on the same record, and a calendar handles rooms and equipment together.
