The problem

Each practitioner kept separate notes. Lab results, food logs, supplements and symptoms lived in different places, so nobody saw the whole picture, and follow up depended on someone remembering to send an email.

How we approached it

We built a unified patient timeline that merges labs, nutrition, supplement regimens and lifestyle data, plus a body mapping module for somatic complaints and energy levels over time. A medical grade supplement store sits beside the clinical record with inventory sync, and campaign automation turns patient milestones into timely messages.

What we built

  • Unified health timeline combining lab results, nutritional logs, supplement regimens and lifestyle trackers
  • Interactive body mapping for somatic complaints, energy and treatment response over time
  • E-commerce for medical grade supplements and wellness packages with automated inventory sync
  • Email and SMS follow-up drip campaigns triggered by engagement milestones
  • Multi-practitioner care plans and shared notes with per role visibility
  • Lab result import and trend charts

How the pieces fit together

2Timeline service
3Labs, logs and body map
4Store and campaigns
Timeline serviceEvents from labs, logs and visits are normalized into one stream, so charts and care plans read from the same source.
Commerce boundaryOrders and clinical data are separated. Purchase history never appears in a record unless the practitioner links it.
Campaign engineTriggers read milestones, not clinical detail, and messages are reviewed templates.
