Mental health and behavioral teletherapy practice suite
A virtual practice platform for counselors, therapists and psychiatric clinics that handles the session, the paperwork and the business side in one place.
The problem
Mental health records are among the most sensitive data there is. Psychotherapy notes have special protection, clients drop out between sessions, and many practices stitch together four tools that do not talk to each other.
How we approached it
We built the confidentiality model first: notes are scoped to the treating clinician by default, psychotherapy notes are kept in a separate encrypted store, and administrators cannot read clinical content. Around it we added encrypted video and messaging, configurable intake forms and evaluations, mood tracking dashboards, and the reminders and billing that keep clients engaged.
What we built
- End-to-end encrypted video sessions and secure messaging
- Configurable digital intake forms, psychiatric evaluation questionnaires and mood tracking dashboards
- Automated reminders, recurring billing subscriptions and retention workflows
- Role restricted clinical notes with a separate protected area for psychotherapy notes
- Client portal for forms, homework and payment
- Crisis resource display and safety plan storage
How the pieces fit together
Security and compliance controls
- Separate store for psychotherapy notes
- Clinician scoped access by default
- Neutral notification wording
- No session recording by default
- Audit log for every note access
Outcomes for the operator
- Clinicians run sessions, paperwork and billing from one place.
- Practice owners reduce no-shows with reminders and clear policies.
- Clients get a simple, private portal that does not expose sensitive detail on a phone screen.
Technology
Integrations
Representative engagement. Client details and internal figures are withheld under NDA. Compliance depends on how a system is operated as well as how it is built, and your own counsel decides what applies to you.
